What a stunningly beautiful day

There’s not a cloud in the sky and it’s utterly windless. The seagulls are floating lazily on the calm bosom of the blue waters and nothing disturbs the peaceful quiet calm of the beach.

I just returned from a walk and didn’t see a single soul. We three had the golden sands and the shingle all to ourselves.

Cheers, Tom.

Thanks, it's lovely to have the beach to myself like that. The schools are back and it's the middle of the week. I expect it to be a bit busier at the weekend, if the weather stays good.

Cheers, Tom.

Just how I feel today too - smashing to feel the sap rising, is it not?

Haha, it certainly is :-)

It feels more like summer today than spring. I was out and about with no coat on earlier.

Cheers, Tom.

66 degrees here today and beautiful too...gave me a chance to get my garden ready for the year...and now it is...sat out in for a while this afternoon too when I'd finished...hmmm...tomorrow apparently is going to be a bit wet around 8 then sun all day again...about time too!! It is after all a month into Spring...big hugs...XXX

I'm glad you managed to sit in your garden for a while. We need to work on our little space of garden soon - we don't seem to have found the time so far.

It went very peculiar over the sea earlier - there was a thin completely white mist that obscured the horizon line but not the sun or sea. It looked very strange and ghostly. I expect this is an indication that the weather is changing, as you mentioned.

Cheers, Tom.
