The above picture was taken whist a raging gale was howling all around us. Shaun and I were determined to make the best of it, regardless of the conditions. So, rather than put coats on, we took our shirts off.

My aunts mother swam in the sea every day (including Christmas day) right up until she was 80 so I am sure you are brave enough to go shirtless for a few minutes lol

Apparently whatever the weather, she swam even if it was for only a short while. She is one hell of a woman to this day
