There’s no risk of the gulls getting hungry in the summertime. The bags of chips served round here are pretty large and the leftovers are avian fodder. They don’t normally get any tomato ketchup though, poor things. I hope the packaging goes in the bin!
One thing I’ve said about the seagulls before (and it’s worth repeating) is that you can always hear them and they are a wonderful and constant reminder of being at the seaside. Every time I hear one of their cries it gives me a good feeling.

I can't help it but I hate them! All summer they've been flying around here where I live and you have to duck down or they place a shit in your head (not happened yet though I guess I've just been lucky).

And I can't understand why they are here there's no water even close to here!
And yes you can certainly hear them, just outside my window!
But not to be too negative they are pretty beautiful and I love to watch them fly around...most of the times
