That’s exactly what I did yesterday afternoon in the warm, somnambulant sunshine. Helen and I went out in our dinghie and whilst I lazed with eyes closed, Helen rowed us up the coast and back again. The warmth, the soft lapping of the water against the boat and the gentle rocking motion put me to sleep very quickly. If you get the chance to laze in a boat on a warm, gentle sea (or lake or pond) I strongly recommend it. It's amazingly calming.

Here are The Small Faces:

A lovely walk with the dogs will soon be enjoyed by Helen and me. Later, Helen and I will take the dinghie out again.

This raises an interesting point of grammar:

These are both correct:

My friend and I went for a walk
A walk was enjoyed by my friend and me

These are both incorrect:

My friend invited my wife and I
Me and my friend went for a walk

Cheers, Tom.
