I was at this one as well - Primal Scream:
It's basically a Rolling Stones song, but they are just excellent live!
The crowd went mental!

There first album Screamadelica is a total scorcher! Their last one was good too, but I can't remember it's name. Their sound has changed a bit over the years - they are far heavier now.
Tom.
you get about a bit dontcha?
I try.
I tell you one thing, I'm gonna be totally knackered by Monday morning!
but it will be sooooo worth it x
True - Helen is already there and she phoned me up earlier to rub it in! I could hear all sorts of noise and fun and the festival doesn't even start until Friday lunchtime officially. Last time I was there though, we were wandering round on Thursday evening, went into a noisy tent and Hawkwind were playing. I love random occurrences like that! Another time, we came across a large pit in the ground with the edges as seats and a sort of altar at the front with a piano. Jools Holland was playing it.
Tom.
what kept you from going when Helen went? you must be mad x
I'm accompanying my cousin who has never been before and he wasn't free until Thursday. We should all be meeting up by about 6PM tomorrow, if all goes according to plan. On the plus side, I get there to find the tent already put up and everything neatly arranged :-)
sounds like there is method in your madness then lol

I believe you when you say they are mental!

I've never really listened to Primal Scream.
Don't know why, cause they are clearly really good!
But it's never too late, right?
