  I do admit to feeling slightly sorry for the poor bloke whose job is taking the orders, but I did also cackle with laughter as well! I was truly conflicted :-)

  You probably need to allow an active-x control. That happened on Helen's laptop too. At the top of your browser window, you might see a thin line of text with a problem in it, asking you to click it. If you don't - no idea!
