What glorious rich colors! That's another thing I miss about being a landlubber. The rich fall colors. Only the underbrush has that in northern Canada. Warm seaside hugs!

Those colours in your photo are so brilliant. Sorry I can't identify the tree, Maples have very bright coloured leaves at this time of year, but the leaf shape does not look like a Maple shape.
I just wish it was in my garden.-
