A bright sunny day in North Norfolk with hardly a breeeze - beautiful.
Nice to see the Welsh waves in action, I love to see a few crashing breakers roaring up the beach.
-
- 15/11/09 @ 11:18:52
Same here. A couple of surfers are out there now.
-
- 15/11/09 @ 11:28:04

-
- 15/11/09 @ 11:34:09
Rain here now!
-
- 15/11/09 @ 11:39:49
Also stormy like in London?
-
- 15/11/09 @ 11:54:46
It's not stormy any more, although it was yesterday.
-
- 15/11/09 @ 13:52:32
That is good. Storms are sometimes so dangerous. It is a lovely optical phenomenon, but lots of people died in storms!

The appearance is a bit deceiving: it's a warm and pleasant day, which contrasts nicely to yesterday!

I love the sound of breaking waves. It's cloudless here in north west Sheffield Pennines area.
-
- 15/11/09 @ 13:16:55
Me too, I love the deep rumbling and splashing sound.

I just got up about 45 minutes ago (7am) and so far, so good. I am hoping for a sunny but lazy day. Cheers! x-

Same here too, a lovely day for November.
-
- 15/11/09 @ 13:33:47
Great picture but if that was at my bedroom door I might be a little perturbed. How high was the tide?
-
- 15/11/09 @ 13:36:26
I have a long zoom lens :-)
-
- 15/11/09 @ 13:35:27
beautiful picture Tom! I love the sea the most.
The sea is my favorite place to stay, to visit.
It seems a pigeon shadow on the wave.

-
- 15/11/09 @ 13:37:02
I love the sea too.
-
- 15/11/09 @ 13:38:50
My favorite pastime is to walk on the beach, close the eyes and just listen to the sound of the waves..... very relaxing!!!!
-
- 15/11/09 @ 13:39:55
I'll go and do it now...
-
- 15/11/09 @ 13:48:02
Have a wonderful time!!! Will Dan go too?
-
- 15/11/09 @ 14:22:22
Normally he would have done, but not this time as I took my good camera with me.
-
- 15/11/09 @ 14:45:29

I wish!! We had electric storms the last 2 nights but other than that just steady rainnnnnnnnn!!
xx-
- 15/11/09 @ 21:07:37
Blimey, that does sound bad!
-
- 16/11/09 @ 08:32:06
A bit more electricity! More rain. Fordingbridge used to flood right through the town till they made a magnificent flood defence, very near where we live. It has created two cascades which I like to watch- very dramatic. The water is channelled into a sort of giant wishbone shape waterway, then it tumbles over the cascades into channels which take it furher into the valley to join other streams. It is scenic and the engineering all but invisible!! Clever and beautiful!!
xx-
- 16/11/09 @ 09:58:22
That sounds lovely - I could photograph it if I was there!
-
- 16/11/09 @ 17:30:03
Yes I thought you might. You might also like the evening sunset - we have vivid turquoise, orange and pink - seen through the black lace of tall trees.
Marvellous....
Today you would have liked the flight of ducks whipped up into the sky. I have never seen them do that before. They swirled round and round as though in a panic ...
The rivers are swollen and I keep looking at the moat, we do sometimes get water in it.....-
- 16/11/09 @ 17:34:38
The sunset sounds good!
-
- 15/11/09 @ 21:57:04
Excellent picture. I can imagine how bracing that water would be.

-
- 15/11/09 @ 22:35:19
You mean cold, surely!
-
- 16/11/09 @ 23:30:47
I know I don't want to feel it on the soft warm skin of my belly.
